    • Sleep is the ultimate performance enhancer. By treating your sleep environment like a high-end data center—cool, dark, and quiet—you ensure that your brain can perform its essential nighttime “maintenance.” Proper sleep is the difference between a developer who is reactive and one who is visionary.
